OPERATIONS MANAGER In a short time Nevin has transformed Northwest Wash Systems in ways we had only hoped for. His exceptional organizational skills and forward-thinking approach have brought clarity, structure and momentum to every corner of the company. He has developed and implemented new systems that are not only streamlining our operations but actively driving the kind of growth John dreamt about. His leadership, vision and ability to turn ideas into action have made him a vital force behind our progress and essential part of our future.

LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN Eric brings a unique blend of expertise, curiosity and mentorship to Northwest Wash Systems. As a former teacher, he channels his love of teaching into guiding and training new employees, making learning on the job engaging and effective. His detail-oriented approach and passion for knowledge and commitment to continuous learning ensure that he stays at the forefront of industry advancements. Known for his creativity and problem-solving skills, he finds innovative solutions to every challenge, making him an invaluable resource to both the team and our customers.

OFFICE MANAGER Brit is much more than the person who keeps the office running. She is the heart of daily operations. Her years of dedication have given her a deep understanding of our customers, our team and our culture. Brit manages customer invoicing with accuracy and a seamless experience that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. Her combination of professionalism, warmth and genuine care has made her an invaluable part of Northwest Wash Systems.

Adam has been a valued Technician at Northwest Wash Systems for several years. In that time he has grown tremendously - both in skill and confidence. As the youngest member of our team, he brings a fresh perspective and keeps our days fun always knowing how to make the team laugh. We’re proud of the growth he’s made both personally and professionally the past few years and so grateful to have him as part of the Northwest Wash Systems team.
